Introduction
I initially started exercising with Muay Thai and competed as an amateur fighter until I enlisted in the military. After being discharged, I focused more on weight training and have been walking the path of a bodybuilder. Regarding my workout style, I take a lot of inspiration from the training methods of old-school bodybuilders, mainly focusing on free-weight training for the body's functional aspects. In the early stages of my training, I used to do 30–40 sets per body part like Arnold, but recently I have been following the training styles of Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates. As a natural athlete, I am very interested in the mechanisms of nutrients and hormones necessary for performance and muscle hypertrophy, and I enjoy researching which ingredients help and in what ways. There is a quote by Socrates that I like: “It is a shame for a man to die without knowing the limits of his physical capabilities.” Also, just like the story of Icarus in Greek mythology flying toward the sun to the very limit, until I reach my limit, I will compete with a better physique every time and show you continuous improvement and transformation.
