1. Provision of services
The site provides information and community features. Parts of the service may change or be suspended due to operational circumstances.
2. Prohibited conduct
Illegal activities, infringement of others’ rights, dissemination of false information, spam and similar conduct are prohibited.
3. Bodybuilder profiles
Bodybuilders register their own profiles and are responsible for the information they submit.
- You may register only your own information. You must not register another person’s photo, name or contact details without authorization.
- Certifications, awards and other information must be accurate. Profiles containing information found to be false may be removed without prior notice.
- Profiles are published after administrator review and may be rejected during that review.
- You may delete your profile at any time.
4. Transactions between bodybuilders and users (no intermediary liability)
The site is not a party to, and does not act as an intermediary for, consultations, lessons or contracts between bodybuilders and users. The site only provides a space for bodybuilders to publish their information. Accordingly, the site is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of a bodybuilder’s stated experience, qualifications or awards
- The content, quality or results of lessons provided by a bodybuilder
- Payments, refunds and other financial transactions between the parties
- Disputes, injuries or losses arising during consultations or lessons
Before deciding to take lessons, verify the bodybuilder’s qualifications yourself and agree on the contract terms directly with the bodybuilder.
5. Intellectual property
Copyright in content published on the site belongs to its author or rights holder. Unauthorized reproduction or transmission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The site strives to provide its services, but its liability for errors, service interruptions, data loss and similar issues is limited.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to use of the service may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
