Introduction

I am an athlete who values the process more than the result. From my high school division days until now, I have recorded 6 wins and placed twice, but behind that, injuries, decreased stamina, mental pressure, and slumps were always with me. The emptiness upon stepping off the stage, the loneliness during the preparation process, and even self-doubt—I have experienced it all. However, I never ran away. When my conditioning fell apart, I rebuilt from the basics, and when I experienced defeat, I acknowledged my shortcomings and answered with training volume and degree of completion. I have proven myself not through emotion, but through data and effort; not with words, but with my physique. To me, 'overcoming' is not a grand, one-time turnaround, but the strength to return to my routine every time I break down. And 'proof' is not meant to show off to others, but is a process of surpassing who I was yesterday. I believe youth is not an excuse, but a responsibility. Not yet a finished product, but an athlete who is continuously growing. I am evolving into an athlete who proves himself through results on stage, and through attitude off stage.
