Introduction

Kang Seong-gyun - Sports Model / Personal Trainer Location - Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Gil-dong, Gangdong, Cheonho-dong, Dunchon-dong) Before and after sessions, we practice poses and posing to check your physique and movement patterns and determine the direction of that day's weight training. Lesson splits are broadly structured around back, chest, legs, and shoulders, focusing primarily on the areas the student needs. Active communication from students is very welcome. I believe it is best to actively utilize your instructor and stay aligned regarding any questions or areas of need.
