Introduction
Hello, I am Ha Cheong-bin, born in 2001, 26 years old. During my school years, I was active in a Taekwondo demonstration team. I enlisted in the Marine Corps at age 21 and was first introduced to weight training in October of that year. Since then, I have been lifting weights for about 4 years and 11 months, and I have been competing every year for 4 years now!
