Introduction
I first started working out in 2016. Back then, I had neither knowledge of fitness nor any systematic approach. I didn't even know how to use a gym; my only option was to repeat whatever I could do as much as possible. Every day, for a full year without missing a single day, I did 300 push-ups and 100 pull-ups. Looking back, it was an almost absurdly blunt yet diligent way of training. At first, my body transformed rapidly. I gained muscle, improved my stamina, and built confidence. But at a certain point, no matter how hard I tried, I stopped seeing any more changes. I felt that despite working hard, the results weren't following, and that was the first time I thought, "Let's learn how to train properly." That was what led me to open the doors of a gym for the first time. I still cannot forget the sensation of holding a barbell and dumbbell in my hands for the first time. The moment I gripped the iron, the worries, depression, and distractions filling my mind naturally melted away. I could focus solely on my breathing, the movement of my muscles, and the weight right before me. That time of immersion brought me immense comfort and liberation. I naturally fell into it, almost becoming addicted to the feeling. The more immersed I became in fitness, the more my life began to change. As I studied training methods, nutrition, and recovery, I approached working out with increasing seriousness, and eventually, I took on the challenge of stepping onto the competition stage. Fortunately, I won the Grand Prix at a local natural competition, and later earned an NPCA Pro Card. However, my goal was never just about results or titles. I wanted to share with others the joy I gained through fitness—that feeling where all distractions vanish the moment you grip the iron—and the experience of having your life positively transformed by it. With that heart, I chose the path of becoming a trainer. Even now, I don't want to just teach my members how to build a body. I want us to experience together how working out helps you believe in yourself and regain balance in your life. Just as working out did for me, I give my absolute best in the field every day, hoping that this time becomes a turning point in someone else's life.
