Introduction
Hello, my name is Han Tae-woong. I started competing as an elite bodybuilder at the age of 17 and have been active as a natural athlete for 14 years. Growing up with a father who was a former competitive bodybuilder, I was in an environment where weight training was easily accessible from an early age; as such, I am genuinely dedicated to bodybuilding and train while experiencing the honesty of the process and a sense of growth.
