Introduction
Hello, I am Lee Seon-hu, an Exercise Prescription Specialist currently challenging myself as a competitive bodybuilder. Although I consistently compete, rather than focusing on athlete-oriented lessons, I primarily provide training focused on beginners who are new to exercising and find starting unfamiliar or intimidating, as well as senior citizens. Before I started working out, I was extremely timid—to the point where I couldn't even make eye contact and talk to people. It was difficult enough to lead a smooth social life, but starting this exercise allowed me to learn how to love myself first and enabled me to feel gratitude in daily life. As I changed like that, my life changed. Even aside from this workout, I love all forms of exercise. I do this job because I want to let people know how much of a positive impact exercise can have on life, even if it's not bodybuilding/gym workouts. I don't care even if the trainer profession doesn't have a good perception. I will do my best behind the scenes so that exercise can become a part of the lives of the people around me and my members. I want to continue to show and share how wonderful exercise is, and that life can truly change through exercise. Thank you.
